Introduces shared seams for paginated views, D-pad reorder, media control
routing, async singletons and the device method channel, then points the
open-coded copies at them.
Also removes unused models and duplicated provider/server plumbing, folds
the twice-implemented artifact store in the server, and factors the
repeated Flutter toolchain prologue in CI into a composite action.
Drops dead code across services, models, utils and widgets, including the
connection auth service, which had no implementer, and the Live TV DVR
provisioning models, which had no caller.
Tests that only covered deleted behaviour are removed or trimmed. No
behaviour change.
Report the paused timeline every tick (~10s, matching official clients)
instead of every ~60s, and ping the Plex transcoder keepalive endpoint
alongside it while transcoding — PMS reaps idle transcode sessions that
timeline reports alone historically have not kept alive. Prevents the
transcode-variant of the #1520 stream death; the reporter's direct-play
case is covered by EOF classification and reconnect.
Album/artist downloads expand to tracks with pinned parent metadata,
aggregate progress, container deletes with reference-counted album
covers, and a Music tab on the downloads screen with fully offline
album playback. Home rows include music libraries (fixes plex hub
items being filtered to video types) and audio playlists join
download/sync rules.
Resolve platform, hardware model, and friendly device name once via a
shared DeviceIdentityService and send them to both backends: Plex gets
a real X-Plex-Platform plus X-Plex-Device/X-Plex-Device-Name (shown as
Player in dashboards/Tautulli), Jellyfin gets the device name in the
MediaBrowser auth header. Transcode and live-TV decision requests keep
their pinned platform names, which Plex validates server-side.

* fix(plex): show PGS subtitles when transcoding
Bitmap subtitles (PGS/VOBSUB) disappeared from the menu while transcoding on Plex, leaving only "Off". The MKV transcode already supports them, so embed them in the stream like text subs. Now they show up and can be turned on.
* fix(plex): give bitmap subtitle codecs the right sidecar extension
getSubtitleExtension fell back to .srt for vobsub, pgssub and dvb subs. Map them to .sub/.sup so it stays consistent with isImageSubtitleCodec and any sidecar URL or download uses the correct extension.
